Pretty sure it's 85%. Even if it wasn't, it hits your precision and your scan range, so unless it's a heavy and you're rocking several precision enhancers and a number of range amps, you're not going to detect him. Working as intended.

What Joseph said. If you've got all that and really want to get rid of it, the best thing you can do is buy a ton of Aurum gear and sell it on the market. I believe turrets get you the best selling price, but... I'd definitely recommend keeping it...
