It's good, it adds a new element to the game, if I'm running at someone with my knifes i time my decloaking so I decloak with my knifes out right when I'm right up against them, not an over nerf, a good nerf

I definitely enjoy the nerf, though instead of completely decloaking upon receiving damage, why not drain the cloak's energy by small amounts for every hit? Maybe certain weapon types like plasma weapons drain more? Not only would we partially be rid of the cloaked shotgun scouts, but those little ***** that cloak up as soon as they start taking damage or someone notices them.
Or just a longer delay to activate or deactivate.
I want to punch.

I think complete lost of shields should decloak, I always thought that's how they work through shield reason why it's caldari tech. |

I don't like it because it didn't seem to make a positive difference to me, but I am pretty sure it is bugged and isn't working right now anyway, unless they fixed it. The nerf avoided alpha scouts completely the reason we see less strife and side arm scouts, but more sg scouts.

I think it's actually a buff.
You can press the decloak button earlier, and still fire/stab quite a few times before you actually decloak.
It's only bad if you get caught with your pants down, and have to wait to decloak whilst you're getting shot.
Overall, it's not working as intended, and needs fixing.

All I want is a bit more of an out line on the cloakers when they run invisable cuz I cant see them. They shimmer but a second lat er they are gone. Maybe just me and my tv but its happened every time. I see them go invis and ill shoot the shimmer and then poof no more shimmer they are completely transparent while still running. I verified this on multiple occastions.
Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

The problem is how it is implemented.
It is not a delay on deactiving cloak, it is a delay after equipping something else. The delay is actually somewhere around 3 seconds, with a 2 second or so decloak animation.
So if you have cloak equipped, but not activated, and switch to a weapon, you actually get the full delay, and are more vulnerable than if you had never had it equipped to begin with.
This, combined with the range nerf to active cloak really just makes it not even worth it anymore.

I just use it for **** breaks now

This nerf were aimed at solo-scouters, if you are in squad with another scout you see everything while being cloaked.

That not happen much often in pubmatches, but when it do everyone can see everything every second  .. CCP...
