The two would take the place of a heavy or light weapon. The only combos we have right now are HVY+SDRM, LGHT+LGHT, LGHT, and LGHT+SDRM. "Dual Wield" would be your light weapon, technically, leaving you a sidearm, another light weapon, or nothing.
