Seems like a great end game suit, but it will be tough to use but the payoff will be worth it. Amarr and caldari look to be the best starter fit with the best bonuses without investing too much into them. Not sure about Gallente...but thats what...

Hmmm...I don't know about ned kits, but logis(and maybe any class that can carry one)should be able to slam a nanoinjector into there leg/neck to heal a little hp. 2-3 sec animation, heals 50 hp.
