Yeah, I was looking at it today and was a bit shocked. I kind of figured it would be at least 30 or 40...but 22...that's just crazy. So even with max skills, you'd only getting another 4 or 5 shield points per sec.

I'm not a tanker and I'm a armour user so bare with me shield HAV users. Boost the base shield recharge rate somewhere between 30-50 per second. Make it so shield boosters increase your natural shield rate for 15 solid secs. Say by like 500-800 ...
