I think the PG is high, but acceptable. It's the CPU that screws me. There's no reason for it to be that high. Plus, if it were lower, you could stick damage mods in the highs and be a ridiculous glass cannon.

I'd put weapon before dropsuit, but I guess that depends on playstyle. I only prioritise weapon like that because you can have the passives buffing your lower level stuff. Otherwise your list is spot on.
