Train time multiplier (x1, x2, x4 etc) the higher that is the more expansive the skill book. edit: 400k is 4-5 matches in a militia ds... also about the amount of skill points needed to upgrade it :)

... aim ... pull trigger ... see if it hits. Rinse and repeat. (white dot = center for me) close up depends on how close and what hes doing. shoulder to shoulder dont aim. 10ft... snap n shoot or fire blindly whichever lands the hit
