My suggestion for a faster gallente logi is three shield extenders with three basic armor plates and complex report with a regulator. drop the regulator for a Sprint mod if needed. I think it unlikely you can primarily shield tank with three highs...

@Anon If I remember correctly. Caldari logi has 5 highs ( shield extenders ect. ) and 4 lows ( shield regulators ect). The gallente logi has 3 highs and 5 lows. Also i edited one of my posts with logi related info. P.S. Here is a good logi guide...
