Alright, something is off with that table I think. I have been detected with a Gallente Scout V, Dampening V, two complex dampeners and a cloak on by a Gal Logi with a focused scanner.

Balac has 494.9 DPS Current Duvolle has 412.5 Considering the CR has 600~ DPS, I don't see how that's game breaking. ESPECIALLY since the AR is the lowest range rifle, operating at ranges closer to HMG, putting it at more risk.
