I made some calculations, and I think my results are off.
Anyone has a table that shows precison and profile with X amount of mods and cloak?

Alright, something is off with that table I think.
I have been detected with a Gallente Scout V, Dampening V, two complex dampeners and a cloak on by a Gal Logi with a focused scanner.

Perhaps the bug where your skills weren't applied? That or you're doing it wrong.

I don't think I can be doing it wrong 
It's stats on a suit.
And my skills applied, I waited for them to apply.

I have experienced some skills coming on line while others have not.
The only way I know this is because my passive shield bonus suddenly applied but my passive armour bonus did notGǪ And I have reps that should have easily filled up my armour if it was just damage.
I used to think that once those filled in my skills were applying, because they happened at the same time before. Now I am not so sure
