No. Simply put this is in no way a weapon that adhears to the Amarrian doctrain of LAZORZ. If you want a light AV weapon you'd have better luck asing for a breach Laser Rifle that does 40-60% of its damage to vehicals but only 20-30 to dropsuits.

No one can deny that if you want to play amarr or caldari your in for a bad time. I haven't played a single game in the past week, qsynced or solo for amarr that hasn't ended in a complete and total stomp. Put incentives to play the losing faction...
