Yes please. A minmatar commando should have crazy shield regen due to a significant lack in HP compared to other commandos. After all, that's what they're good for.

Well I can make 200+K in a match where I run starter suits and die often, whereas I put my Min Commando and several assets on the line and receive less than 50K. Guess it depends on score ratio with other players on the blue team.
