I have a alt with a freedom mass driver. :) It is the only way to go almost 10m of splash damage. Yep Lets just say you can hid behind stuff but it will not save you because my splash will still touch you. muhahaha.

It really depends on what your ranking them on. Right now I would rank Synergy over SI because Synergy is starting to field some solid tanks and they by far have some of the best gun game players in the game. Only thing that would drop them below...
