From past experience it was "somewhat" difficult playing as a scout, but then again, I speced into Gallente Scouts as soon as I started playing Dust. Although if you are used to to other suits in Dust, the transition will not be as easy. Basics...

If you log onto Dust and enter the market place, you'll see a nice red colored Minmatar frame, checked on the Dust market and failed to find them then, then checked on PSN and failed to find them.

It'll be powerful for people who can utilize the Scout properly and play to its strength and weaknesses. People that are used to EHP tanking with 4 equipment slots wont be able to adapt nearly aswell as they may not be able to work with 300 HP
