God I don't know where to start.Call me an idiot, but When I first Started Dust I thought It would be a great Idea to Get proficiency 3 For Plasma Cannons, and That was 5 months ago (horrible Idea )Not knowing they would shoot rainbows and sunshine lol 
First off, Not being able to kill a heavy with a direct hit is sort "lol wut?"  And the added fact that the Assault Rifle does more DPS in a magazine compared to the plasma Cannon is honestly laughable. Further more, the damage increase from Standard->Proto is less then 10%, which means 1 Damage modded Standard Plasma Cannon is the equivalent of a Prototype version, which doesn't make very much sense. The projectile drop, charge up time (seriously, its NOT a caldari weapon, it shouldn't have a charge up time ) Delay before you can switch to you're other other weapon, and speed of the projectile is insanely hard to compensate for. Not to mention that if you don't get a direct hit, its like you're getting splashed by a puddle.
OK, So you manage to Fire off you're shot, correctly judge drop and speed, and it lands direct hit.

Except nothing happens, WTF lol  then the damage mod stacked logi continues on its endless rampage as he slaughters you like a Helpless Harp seal pup, I mean come'on, Thats a double **** You

Plasma cannon should be the gallente counterpart to the swarm launcher. Increase the projectile speed and slight increase to direct damage, and it'll be set to go.
Best PVE idea I've seen.
