Once I have the core upgrades maxed, CR, NK and SMG maxed I'll max MD and get me a commando suit. Then I will run a badass MD/CR wielding Matari Commando. Just the idea of running with that combo in a Minmatar suit with damage proficiency is awesome.

No need to split hairs over semantics. Scout is a general archtype known for being fast, weak, about intel, etc etc. Scanning, deploying uplinks behind enemy lines, hacking ****, I do this already. Scout is fine.
