honestly. a single swarm by himself wont kill the tank. not enough damage per clip to do it at low tiers. but combine it with some av nades and u can kill them. or with shield tanks. if shield hardeners dont protect against flux nades. id suggest...

best to use a dropship. and have an orbital with yourself. use the dropship to pinpoint his location via squad order or on tac net. find where he is and drop the ob.. thats how i go and kill snipers now adays on certain maps.
