the hilarious thing is that there didn't used to be any equality, the gallente had the 1/4 and the amarr had the 2/3. so all that happened was they swapped places.

I have yet to try a pure regen build on a sentinel. But honestly amarr sentinels I plate up. With gal you can potentially do more damage (but the mods suck) it just takes a bit more thought than the amarr rhino method.
