I think the sleek IS thrown a little faster than the slowest grenade, but ADV and PRO grenades aren't thrown THAT much slower.

For me it was consistently happening for sure at A on Spine Crescent and outside the CRU near B and C at Skim Junction. I think the STD mines were okay, but my ADV proximity mines always 'popped' as if I were putting new ones somewhere else.
