I use KB/M I am usually the highest or second highest killer in any game i play, have you tried turning mouse smoothing off? i noticed that gimps the mouse speed, if that doesn't fix it i'd say the problem is holding onto the mouse.

I dunno about this doesn't promote team work stuff, in ambushes i often see groups of players working together to hold either supply points or good camping areas. I love ambush maps, nice quick fun lots of kills.

Sorry gotta join the rest bashing this idea, the raw EHP on a heavy suit already makes it damn hard to bring one down, in many cases when I fight one I have to skirmish him, if his armor regenerated as fast as my shields i'd never be able to bring...
