At the very least plasma cannon should have the same DPS than swarms, but should probably have more DPS because its harder to hit targets with it, keep splash damage the same but increase direct damage.

Pretty cool. I was thinking though that maybe the Black Eagle AR combo'd with either a SMG or Magsec SMG would be better, because you could use sidearm damage mods and have it boost both weapons.

As for 'selling', I would rather do a direct trade of the weapons I have now for the weapons I want instead of selling for useless isk, 10 weapons i want for 1 thales though. Maybe 5 officer weapons for each forge gun/hmg

hehe, well we dont really know the size of these boxes now do we? I mean they're big enough to fit the parts needed to assemble a dropship, not nessiarily a fully assembled dropship, but also 30-ish rifles, dropsuits, etc.
