Hi Dev's, I just spent skillpoints to upgrade my Active Scanning skill from level 1 to level 3 and it used up my SP but did not give me the levels. Is this an ongoing issue? Can I have my Level 3 or SP back?

Hey guys when I last died today it says the scout that killed me had 2000 shield and 10000 armour remaining, I assume this is a glitch? The scout was ZAvaricia. I don't think scouts can get that much armor.
