Decrease the heat sink by a good 2 shots, and reduce damage mod bonuses by about 5%. Add fall-off damage to prevent redline abuse. Profit.

First the HMG, now the Laser Rifle. I think CCP made it to where they can tweak pretty much any weapon with a hotfix now. Which is great, because it makes things much easier in terms of buffing.
