Combine the ammo pool of a weapon if the player is using two of the same weapons. For example, if I had two Mass Drivers, the max ammo pool would be 24 as opposed to 12.

Jetpacks wouldn't be broken if they were equipment and thus prevented you from using weapons while flying, and had a capacitor (similar to the Cloak Field). Then Jetpacks would be more of a breaching/transportation tool, as opposed to an "I win" ...
