Grenade slot is the thing you have to deal with. It is niche role, and you should not play it if you can't handle missing grenade. Other than that, it is very versatile role and I am loving it so far.

I'd support that. Aurum respec - hell, even respec that stacks. Pay 1000 AUR first, 2000 AUR second, 4000 AUR third, 8000 AUR fourth one etc.
