CCP at least give us placeholder dropsuits like you did with the Logistics. The heavies need it especially, they're forced into spec'ing into amaar only. Worry about other specialized suits another time, can we at least get basic frames?

I think a respec when most of the new racial stuff is released in a few months would be fair and beneficial to diversify the battlefield and player base

To be able to theorycraft and try out different specs/fits in the game. Learning about how to play tanks, heavy, assault, etc only has positive influence on your knowledge about the game (and how to counter these types)

The skill tree is too deep to just be respec all the time without taking away the game. Maybe something like removing all SP from a single skill every 6 months or so would be ok.

This would be too much like pay to win. You should always include a method, that does not include money, that allows players to do something like Respecs. If you do a search for " Global respec with Chromosone 1.2?" you will see one of the more recent and extensive threads on this issue.

This way it is also possible to test out new gear that is supposed to come soon and help out to evaluate the balancing of that gear. Thank you CCP.

I'd understand not having respecs in general, but the fact of the matter is that more and more items will be launched and people have already spent SP in these areas. The best thing to do, is announce that you can get ONE more respec a year or so down the line and end it at that, once you have enough content out. Telling us, that then previous one was the only one is very stupid for a game that is very incomplete.

There wasn't enough content to keep me interested. All the racial suits first and more maps second. Weapon balancing at the same time. Remove the damn sight off the laser. I've spent no money on this game because Ccp hasn't proved my money would be worth it. The ability to respec for aur would get a freeloader like me to a To actually by aur and come back to this game. Others are right it would inject life into the game. P2win arguement is just eve fanboys. Planetside 2 now has my attention since I found it a few days ago. Much more fun and the scale of battles is epic. Let me respec and I'm back!!
