Maybe it's just me but doesn't the server message imply a respec for all? Doesn't say on the 14th, but it does imply that all will have the option to respec without petitioning.

I Will most likely stay fat, I'm not sure until I have a look at just how badly damage was nerfed. Also I may wait a few days for numbers on how bad range was nerfed. I must admit I love the sound of HMG's and Forge guns.
