The game wont allow you to sprint/shoot together no matter what you use. It is extremely useful for range precision though. If you are referring to side strafing and sprinting it cant be done but you can serpentine/strafe to get better angles. If ...

Not sure what time zone you are in but mornings are usually slow up until about 10. Then fw starts to pick up slowly. After that it's pretty much busy the rest of the day/night and the cycle repeats.

I mainly use Gallente and Minmatar weaponry/equipment/modules. Even my suit is Gallente. Until other factions get the things I use I have no reason to fight for any other faction besides Minmatar. Kinda enjoy having my own personal store of shotgu...
