If ever there was a reason to do lvl 5 in armor and/or shield, Heavy is it. On my medium frame, its only 10-12 for armor, 15-18 for shield(Caldari). But on heavies its more significant. It'll make over 500 base HP on each, that could mean the diff...

Sharpshooter is so the AR doesn't fall behind. As all other primaries shoot perfectly straight shots out of the barrel. The shotgun has the same thing to reduce dispersion as well. HMGs do not need it as they fire more rounds than anything in the ...

You actually want to hinder your connection. While you're in match, have something else substantial use your bandwidth, like a steam, long YouTube video, a download running, etc. You're PS3 is built to compensate when needed. It's called 2-barring.
