Base stats are exactly the same, exempt the HP swaps between the shield and armor, only thing that differs is slot layouts.
Armor does need fixing however, I'll agree with you there. |

Yeah, btw cat, my dog just thought of a new use of the gal med frame. The pseudo-scout. Since they have so many lowers, try dropping some death plates for profile dampeners. |
