MD seems to be a hard counter to heavies from what I've seen. Since you guys rely on cover anyway, it makes you prime pickings for a masshole. Best thing to do is call one out to your squad if they're too far away or above. If not, try rushing them and hope they soften themselves up from panic firing.

The southern alpha click, that's where the round will always impact, unless you are in shotgun range. At which point go full center.

Mass drivers, so they jump, I just get in reeeeeaaalllly close, smile, and say hi with a gun to their head when I get the chance.

I was just curious because I mainly see exos and freedoms but have yet to see a breach show up on the kill feed. The Breach MDs are more of a tag weapon than even FGs. I could never get the hang of them on my alt so I stick with the MDs that have a blast radius.

I have no idea why this works but it is the magic trick to get the >40m long kills.

I get the feeling I'm standing in a group of toddlers throwing sticks at each other and praying they hit the kid they don't like while I, being the tall one (not so much, lol) am the main target because they won't get out of the way.

You can combine this sighting technique with 'gophering' and 'blindfires'. Both techniques require the ability to know the distance you are to your target and their location. They are closely related techniques. Gophering - is when you are behind some sort of object that is between you and your target. It may be a box, a hill, a wall or something short enough that it blocks your view and you can either move forward, jump, or manuever in some way so that you can once again see your target to shoot. When you find this position, you pop out of cover in order to get a couple of quick shots on the target and then pop back into cover. Sighting combined with gophering is extremely frustrating to the target(s) and effective at avoiding damage. It helps to equip a scanner that can assist in maintaining signatures at long ranges. Blindfireing - is much like gophering, but is a little more rare, it typically involves a couple of sighted gopher shots followed by retreating behind cover just enough that the arc of your shot while properly sighted will still make proper contact with the target. LOS is not necessary to properly aim, if someone/something else has a signature locked on. Shots past ~40m can be made over boxes that completely conceal you if you stand back far enough.

With the horrendous field longevity the MD already has someone with no shields or seriously wounded is a prime target for such a good clean up weapon. If you see MDs on the kill feed and you're down to armor, best to GTFO. Watch out where you're going because a real masshole will be watching too. These FotM scrubs, not so much. If the RoF wasn't so low, I'd probably use it a lot more. I'm pretty accurate with direct hits, but the breach is very unforgiving.
