CCP should only fix this when the other suits are fixed, you have to deal with waiting 1 second to repair your shields that's not really a big deal. Scouts, armor suits, heavy suits, laser rifles, and dropships have dealth with worse issues since before beta so stop bitching about your 1 second and HTFU it will be fixed SOON TM, the same SOON TM the suits above got 1 year + ago. |

If you think that's bad, try timing the shield recharge delay after full depletion using a flux grenade. It's around 14 seconds for logi suits and 17 seconds for heavy suits. That's just to start regen, not the time it takes to reach full shields. |
