You can get your money back for the stolen vehicle, be it ISK or AUR. If ISK, it's taken directly from the guy's wallet who stole your vehicle.

However, you must, after the match, send in a support ticket with the time (EVE time)and the player's name within 24 hours and CCP will be able to refund you for your grief.

How do I know this? My friend who is a dedicated tank driver does this whenever his (very expensive) tanks gets stolen and CCP has reimbursed him.

I want the ability to recall teammates' vehicles. There are a lot of players that just leave vehicles laying around making easy points for the enemy.
