Why is it that after every nerf that CCP makes, it makes the weapon/ vehicle useless? |

Except it doesn't. My tac is still fine, my logi is still fine, and many flaylockers say it's fine aswell. |

let me explain- the only reason thy are fine is because now you have to get into proto gear to make a use of it.... also the flaylock sucks butt now, you cannot even kill a milita caldari suit...

massdriver is difficult to figure out... and people with skill of the flaylock need to be rewarded with more direct damage everything els is fine!!!! No skill= people using flaylock and killing because of splash damage |

Well considering the flaylock is a side arm I have been using it as such today strip shields with the AR then 1-2 FL rounds and hey presto it works. The fact that you should use it as a back up to your primary is a good hint that it may be working. |

Until the AR nerf brigade gets to this weapon. Except I guess it's ok because the AR nerf brigade uses the SMG.

If you've got a good shot, you should be using a scrambler pistol. That's where the mini weapon bonus really shines.
But if you're one of the bad flaylock users that used to rely only on splash damage, you're probably not a good shot anyway. |

I'm using flaylocks, and they're fine.
I haven't specced into caldari logis, but my experience with my minmatar logi tells me the reduced regen delay is great. |
