So I'm going to attempt to highlight some of the skills that seemingly don't belong, either by having a different multiplier than what they should or any other anomalies. Here we go!
- Systems Hacking: This skill has a 5x multiplier which seems a little strange. The other comparable skills in this portion of the tree (Active scanners, Drop uplinks, Nanocircuitry etc) have a 3x multiplier. The only two that have 5x are Dropsuit Engineering and Dropsuit Electronics.
- Dropsuit Command: Has no use after level 3, I recommend the skill gives a movement speed bonus as the character GÇ£would become more familiar with their suitGÇ¥ and it would also mean that heavies who level up to 3 would have a tiny boost to their movement speed. Another thing I noticed is that light suits are unlocked at level 2. It should be light at level 1, medium at 2, and heavy at 3, so as you level up you get bigger suits.
- Weapon skills: Skills like ammo capacity are grossly overpriced for what they give, with my biggest complaint being rapid reload at a ridiculous 6x multiplier! My suggestion is that all weapon skills become 2x except for proficiency as that is a very important skill and adds a very noticeable bonus. The other skills are there for that *tiny* advantage, but shouldn't cost so bloody much!
That is all for the infantry edition of GÇ£fix these things and the infantry skill tree is almost fixedGÇ¥.
I understand there are more problems with certain skills not giving good bonuses (or any bonus at all in the case of flaylock fitting optimisation) but they are GÇ£being worked onGÇ¥. I remember CCP promised that when Uprising hit we would be able to get back into out roles we had in Chromosone, well I'm still not there and I have another 8 million SP... |

I like these idea's especially movement bonus. I myself accidently skilled up to lvl 4 on dropsuit command because it used to be required to be lvl 5 for heavy but thats my fault. |

Some of the skills really do just need a tiny little tweak and I don't understand why it's so difficult for CCP to do them. |

I just got my ps3 back from repair so i have been out of the game for a couple of weeks. I am starting to really wonder just what role heavys play in pub matches now. I was nova knifed dead in 1 hit then i was shotguned dead in 1 hit then killed by a mass driver in 2 shots. Its not easy for a heavy to take cover with how slow we move but 1k damage between shields and armor should give some time to move or kill. Kind of a bummer these days it really seems like i am wearing a large wet blanket for armor. But at least with the new commando suits i can skill into that and not feel like all my sp on heavy have been wasted. |

Heavies are just bullet magnets. Large and slow so it's easy to keep a bead on them. |
