Not sure if I am the only one who wants one, however I feel like it will enhance the game play and leave some of those "WTF" kills with an answer to how. It will definitely eliminate sniper camping. Not sure if y'all have plans for this, but can u make it sooner than later. Thanks. |

I myself am opposed to it, but I'll give you that reasonable response before the others come in and ragepost. |

No. Very little interest in this idea and it only gives far too much Intel on the person who killed you. Also, sniper camping is a legitimate strategy. Get use to it. |

we should be able to watch how we died but only after the match is done that way we know if they cheated, hacked, glitched (repeat comment from closed beta)
kinda like a recorded battle from other players perspectives would be cool to see the skill of other players |

No. Kill cams are free intel. You need to work for intel.
Also, snipers will lose their profession. Imagine two snipers on opposing teams. One kills the other, but the person who got killed now knows where the other guy is. He respawns with a vengeance and kills the other sniper. This goes back and forth throughout the game. The point of even getting proto sniper now is gone as you will lose ISK. |

Your logic is flawed(I find it funny you're arguing that because snipers would actually stand a chance of losing money just like the rest of us that kill cams would be bad when currently every player stands a chance to lose quite a bit more money to snipers that they can't see unless they also use a sniper rifle).
I'm usually against kill cams but because of that I will suggest only kill cams when a sniper rifle kills any player not holding a sniper rifle. Half decent team communications would work wonders against a sniper(very rare on a pub match). This might even promote sniper movement between kills. |

while yes it would force snipers to move more frequently, most half way decent snipers already know where all the good hidy holes are. if a non sniper wants to learn just hit up a friendly sniper im sure you would be able to find sommeone who can go over the key pooints in most of thge maps. once you know that you can start to actually use your brain to find them rather than have the game just show you.
This game is supposed to be hard no kill cam for free intel |

@OP, when you mention term "kill cam" i see the type used in Skyrim. That type when you see your victim's death. You'v not stated you whant BF type of kill cam. So i understand your confusion now. |

Playing devils advocate here, code the abilty to have a kill cam but make it optional OR for those who need the intel so badly....Make it some kind of suit mod in the high power slots
And yeah, im joking, screw the kill cam, why do ppl want it? so they can tbag and annoy others |

Kill cams are a lazy player's way of trying to get free intel in an environment that forces you work for the intel you got. Besides, we already got kill logs that show you who killed you, what weapon they used, how much damage you suffered, how much HP they had just before he killed you, and how far away he was when he shot you. That is more than enough information to get a general idea of the person who killed you.
Don't like working for intel?
You want everything to be given to you on a silver platter?
Don't like the fact that camping is a legitimate strategy that has been around since the golden days of multiplayer first person shooter gaming?
Then perhaps you should just stick to CoD or BF.

I mean, shots from Snipers already have trails on them. Yes, sometimes the trails don't render, but that's an issue that can be fixed. |

Me and a corp-mate was pinned down by a sniper after he had taken 2 other corp-mates out. The two that died used common knowledge (and a range amp) to find the target after which I placed a kill order on him to ensure my squad knew which enemy we were attacking. 2 of us suppressed him from above while the other two attacked from below. He ran for quite a while b4 we put a bullet in his back.
With good teamwork, you really don't need a kill cam.

Calling BF3 a great FPS basically undermines the very miniscule amount of credibility this post had. Kill cams are for people who can't adapt their tactics for various situations. You're just looking for a free way to counter snipe because you aren't finding a legitimate in game mechanic to deal with them yourself. It's a cop out in the worst kind of way.

Heck yes. Respect among snipers. I love getting into a match with a good sniper. It's my best learning times. I've gotten my ass handed to me a few times by Gem from Hellstorm and I can say I've gotten better from it every single time. |

What do you mean? sniper camping is allowed otherwise people would get revenge and snipers would ask for respecs and they would switch and snipers would be removed |

I worked hard as a ninja knifer to figure out the best hiding spots to camp objectives from as well as figuring out hidden paths that no one knows. If you're too lazy to check your six for knifers like me, you need to start using your cerebral cortex. |

Kill cams in shooter games is the most dumbest idea ever. All it does is just give your position away so people can kill you. That's what killed sniping in BF3 for me. Keep these abominations out of Dust. Anyone asking for this, just wants things to be easier for them. Have skill, and find these guys yourself. |
