I wouldn't doubt that people use them. I personally use complex mods, but that's me. |

A 3% damage modifier is completely useless when weighed against what you could do with that slot.
The only Damage modifier that's actually worth something is the Complex. Even the Enhanced version is "meh" |

I use them with my BFG fits. Probably should not, but I have not played with the BFG all that much, so I have no idea what I'm doing with those fits... |

As am I; they used to have this too for the suits; I used to only wear the 'carbon' assault suit back in closed beta cause it made me look like a storm trooper lol. I even bought one (just one) neo Gk0 cause I thought the digita camo looked cool.

I've used them on snipers, when they are lowbies and I need the extra damage for a tactical, as the lowbie shields are not exactly going to save you from counter-sniping. |
