Decrease the reloading time to 2 seconds, git it 2 shots in a clip, tune the projectile to where their is very very little drop, then also increase its projectile speed. Also make it do full damage if enemy is inside its 1m diameter of the projectile... |

but the reload time is a killer- if an anti vehicle weapon take 3.5 seconds to load and some tank has 4000 ehp then its gonna take 14 seconds to kill... it needs a 2 ammo clip... |

Or reduce Reload time a bit. But know that now think of it, 2 round clip would be a Nice addition so you don't have such a huge Reload, and a half second charge just to reload.
i would keep it at 2.5 sec reload and 1 second fire interval... also increase its blast radius to 3.5 and increase splash ddamage just a tad though... |
