To keep me entertained. I've been playing since Codex over a year ago. CCP already does stealth nerfs and buffs. All they're doing is fixing things and throwing on Update 1.3 Whole lot of fail on this patch.

What did you really expect when the devs themselves say the update is going to be small. 1.4 will be larger and have some new content. Also I heard aiming fixes are coming in 1.4 too.

It's been known for a long time this update would be small. DO NOT EXPECT NEW CONTENT ANYTIME SOON! 1.4 is supposed to have some new stuff, but you won't be getting any major new stuff for a long time. They are working on the core of the game because it's FUBAR now, and if you have FUBAR game mechanics your game will die.

And as others have said, we were told it would be small. I'm very glad we're not having to wait a few months before we see any updates.
