CCP already does stealth nerfs and buffs. All they're doing is fixing things and throwing on Update 1.3
Whole lot of fail on this patch.
Uprising 1.3 was known to be small WEEKS AGO. What did you really expect when the devs themselves say the update is going to be small. 1.4 will be larger and have some new content. Also I heard aiming fixes are coming in 1.4 too. |
