CCP Praetorian just tweeted this picture on Twitter. This now confirms how it will look like (with some small changes) and that it will likely be the next dropsuit to be released.
I think it looks quite like a Minmatar with the exoskeletton and it-¦s awesome that it doesn-¦t have all this bags everywhere like the other Minmatar suits.

Release the Amarr light frame with this Minmatar Heavy frame. Then Amarr and Minmatar would be fully fleshed out and Caldari would still only have one suit 
I do think this heavy looks a little too "clean." I know it is Minmatar, but it doesn't really seem to match the look of the Minmatar light and medium. |

I wonder what the Proto Minmi's slots will look like.

Either way, any setup is definitely better than the Amarr. The only drawbacks I see are less CPU and less PG. I would also hope the suit to be slightly faster. As for a sentinel bonus, an increase to total clip size would be cool.
I want too know the specs already... |

though i wonder what are the bonus's for those racial suits. and hopefully CCP releases new heavy weapons along with the suits |

Well, from the concept art we don't know what the final 3D frame will look like. But the shins are definitely different, showing a different plate on each leg. Judging from the change in color on the bridge of the nose, it might be like the Min Med suit where one eye is missing/patched over.
Plus one whole arm is missing, and sending amputees into battle seems like a pretty minmatar thing to do . |

Already using a Minmatar Logi, and go heavy on the side.
Can't wait to be able to use this thing in combat and be full Minmatar. I'm just excited for a faster heavy with a possible equipment slot or at least some more high slots to make a good shield heavy. |
