They nerfed the amount of contact nades you can spam, and you mad?
How about shooting a gun and not spam explosives everywhere maybe?
Not to worry though, the MD is still there. dust university.. what ya expect. I know this may come as a surprise, but we are allowed to have differing opinions. I for one look forward to how this changes things up. |

And under power weapon get buff to were it is balanced That leaves the suits and defensive mods unbalanced against incoming DPS. It also means buffing weapons with both infantry and AV applications, and I'm sure tankers would love the idea of a forge gun buff, given how OP they think they currently are. |

Here Dev BlogIll help even further, read the two variable being charted Flaylock GraphIts kills over time mate. It went just over doubled. As everyone and their grandmother started to use the flaylock, the kills little more than doubled. They nerfed it because of its popularity, same as the MD before it. Perception. Thats all it took. So really, I give up. Im going to do what everyone else does. Because it will be that way for long enough that I will get better at it. Ok, I'm looking at the same graph and don't see the criteria presented to support your conclusion. Lets remember that at a point near the sharpest increase depicted that there was a fix for splash damage detection which could account for a large portion of it. Also we don't know if the number of people using it greatly increased in the same timeframe as we don't have a kills/user graph or even just number of users fielding it along side that graph.
This is a somewhat sudden increase here, not gradual adoption. People probably didn't just realize it existed at the beginning of the month and had plenty of time to go proto prior. |

In reality it was, but I guess we're just that easy a crowd that we'd buy it considering the no nerf mentality. |

So you don't want it to finally be balance I do, which is why I accept nerfs to that end. |

If you are getting killed by calogis using a flaylock then you suck. I can't imagine anyone running a flaylock as a primary with no sidearm. The flaylock can be emptied very quickly. The same splash damage alone is more than my total HP before the bonus to armor is factored in. If the user is accurate to within 2 meters that means I'm dead unless I can OHK him, which I can't do with most other weapons. There is a good reason it has it's current reputation. I literally have to hope a flaylock user is a terrible player or a complete incompetent to get the upper hand, all other thing being equal, considering the relative ease of use.
But of course you elites never have that issue right? Really, anyone who's only defense is "you suck" should really think hard before they post. |
