Reduced move penatlies when stacking or move forward with group fitting buffs. Give group buffs to fittings, but I would make a whole new skill set to spend sp on and new suits to accomodate them. Reduced penalties would be a buff. The PG problem seems like it can be remedied by adding pg usage reduction to all mods skills.

Packs seem really cheap considering they cost the same as the aurum they contain and the rest is gravy. If you were doing this for a loss I'd say percentage based. For a new player who made a mistake 2mill may be too much, and after you reach a certain point it may be too little to be a real deterrent from use. That said I'd prefer we avoid that whole respec business anyways. Just give everybody one when all the racial suits are out and be done with it.
