EVE on console instead of DUST 514

CCP a game developing company experienced in the ONLINE SPACESHIP MMO eve online... makes a FPS game when they no nothing about FPS games have been developing EVE for the past 10 years so go nowhere near ground forces lol# if they were smart they would have just released EVE ONLINE on the ps3/ ps4 STILL incorperating their "GROUND BREAKING" PC/CONSOLE hybrid gameplay but with a game that actually works.. would have made much more money increased the appeal of the game a WHOLE new market of players waiting to be tapped into but no... they decide to release an FPS title on a console that has.. wait for it COD MW COD MW2 COD MW3 COD BO COD BO2 COD WAW MOH MOH WF BF2 BF3 ....................10 TITLES IN THE SAME genre (that i know of) that are immensely successful already and have secured the market. just saying..... ID love to get into EVE onlne it look amazing but i just dont have the gear to run it smoothly : / if only it was on console ps3/ ps4 really needs a good RTS MMO and incorperating it into the PC eve universe and CCP would be laughing in a massive big boss chair with a cigar and stacks of cash everywhere.. but no we have the illustrious DUST 514 hehe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCBOp-4U8OM

On my few visits to their forum I didn't really see any complaints about it either, doubtlessly they will appear at some point, they always do.

Also, it would completely prevent console players from playing unless they got a mouse/keyboard. EVE is also receiving a ton of graphic updates, something that probably wouldn't be working for consoles given their life cycle.

He didn't claim that it was an RTS (nor is EVE Online one), but it might be much easier if CCP went that avenue as supposed to an FPS route. The difference between EVE Online and an FPS MMO on the console would be a smaller stretch (since it incorporates more multi-management aspects in symmetry) as supposed to EVE Online and a shooter like Dust 514 (they may share some of the same lore, but the designing aspects between a shooter and a management-like MMORPG are much larger). It's this stretch between genres that takes a lot more time to brainstorm ideas and balancing methods; Brainstorm sessions aren't exactly cheap (in terms of time).

Typically, people who make this many assumptions about a person due to a (quite) ambiguous medium of communication (the "Internet") don't have a high aptitude of intelligence.
