imagine it...
CCP a game developing company experienced in the ONLINE SPACESHIP MMO eve online... makes a FPS game when they no nothing about FPS games have been developing EVE for the past 10 years so go nowhere near ground forces lol#
if they were smart they would have just released EVE ONLINE on the ps3/ ps4 STILL incorperating their "GROUND BREAKING" PC/CONSOLE hybrid gameplay but with a game that actually works..
would have made much more money increased the appeal of the game a WHOLE new market of players waiting to be tapped into but no... they decide to release an FPS title on a console that has.. wait for it

COD MW2
COD MW3
COD BO
COD BO2
COD WAW
MOH
MOH WF
BF2
BF3
....................10 TITLES IN THE SAME genre (that i know of) that are immensely successful already and have secured the market.
just saying.....
ID love to get into EVE onlne it look amazing but i just dont have the gear to run it smoothly : / if only it was on console ps3/ ps4 really needs a good RTS MMO and incorperating it into the PC eve universe and CCP would be laughing in a massive big boss chair with a cigar and stacks of cash everywhere..
but no we have the illustrious DUST 514 hehe

Also, it would completely prevent console players from playing unless they got a mouse/keyboard. EVE is also receiving a ton of graphic updates, something that probably wouldn't be working for consoles given their life cycle.
