For some reason it seems like that one, certain location by C is a bad place to RDV dropships at, i had an enemy call in a ds and it never dropped it, so i was in my python and literally was able to destroy it while it sat in the hands of the RDV, dangling it just above the enemy pilot but letting me completely destroy it  |

It seems to mostly happen in that area :/
I once had an RDV do laps around a tower with my LAV around that area. Did about 12 laps before he flung it at the mountain side. |

This is only the finest RDV piloting in New Eden; it's either you lose your dropship like this, or by a red-line sniping Rail tank.

I have tested it numerous times, that specific location on that specific map is giving the RDV difficulties. If I call an RDV anywhere else it's fine, but right there and it freaks out. |

In 1.3 infantry will be dropped in by RDV. It's only fair that everyone suffers equally.

It does seem to happen less with 1.2, Or maybe im just better at calling them in. |
