If you get downed, and then someone revives you, should it count as a death? Before PC I would say yes. But after playing PC matches, I realized that what's important is your clone efficiency, as clones cost money and are needed for respawns. Revives restore the lost clone. So basically nothing lost, so why should it count as a death?
Discuss.
Disclaimer: I am on the side of nobody as I have not deicded myself, I just play as devil's advocate for discussion |

What's next? You take the kill away from the guy that killed you? But the clone was restored, not wasting any resources, so why should it count in the end? And there is no reason to take the kill away.
Maybe add a clone lost counter in addition to the deaths counter? |

I edited my first post with this: If it's changed so it doesn't count as a death it should also be changed so that you get 50 points for downs and then another 10 points for the kill if he actually bleed out. It should also be way easier to force people to bleed out (by shooting them etc). Then I would probably be ok with it. If it was easier to force people to bleed out nanite injectors would be even less common. It's already very easy to bleed them out, do a headshot or kill them with explosive weaponry.
About your points idea, that sounds neat. It should also only give 10WP if you kill the same guy again with the same clone. So if he does gets revived you won't get too many points from farming him. |

Also it should count. I killed you. I got points for it. You get counted for a death. It only affects K/D which is a pointless stat in this game, so why does it matter? I'm in Betamax for a while now, did you just notice?
And this isn't about K/D, this is about your effectiveness on the battlefield, I couldn't care less about K/D, what I do care about is that you wasted a clone costing us money and possibly the match. |

K/d is not pointless only people with bad k/d's say that, last I checked ambush is about kd..your team gets more kills than deaths or you lose Yes, but you don't lose a clone if you get revived. |
