From the video I linked above, we were originally going to be able to rent rooms in our Warbarges to mercs. Of course we only have the Caldari Warbarge at the moment.
This should been implemented already .. is not even part of the core game-play mechanics. Why CCP ??... WHY ? |

It is not its own space. That's why.
But it is there.. I know it is. CCP is holding that content back for some weird reason...That stuff will reduce the QQing by 50%, will help with player retention, and will improve the new player experience dramatically. It just sounds stupid to don't have it. |

Not really, if implemented the way it is stated in this video it would result in "Why can EVE players destroy all my equipment and clones and stuff?" questions and "You shouldn't have put all your belonging on a single warbarge" answers.
Who said anything about being linked to EvE space to start with ? Just implement the Content with the Open Areas... and when we ready, just linked with EvE...Surely that can't be that complicated. |

That's how I always imagined it being implemented at first, we'd have the warbarge and be able to see the actual planet but not actually be there on EVE side (or how CCP likes to state this, "cloaked" ) I imagine eventually it would make sense for EVE players to be able to destroy warbarges, but at the moment I'm not sure anyone has the faintest clue as to how to implement that with any degree of balance. But why wait until then? Why not get it implemented sooner as "indestructible cloaked ships"?
Exactly.. thank you, you said much better than me. |

Afterall, there is only one map in Dust 514 and the 6 "maps" we play on are just different segments of that map. I now what to see someone glitch their way to the Warbarge in a match
Yeah.. it is something there, no point on denying that CCP.. A bit of snow, some yellow "something", and a re-painted dropsuit, doesn't adds on to over 2 GB. What you have there CCP ? Can i see it ? I won't talk anyone.. i promise |
