As a Callogi, I'm glad they are looking at better ways to make our suits fit the role they were intended for. While I'm going to miss the extra HP from my shield extenders, at least I can still perform my resupply, repair, review, REMOTE EXPLOSIVES roles. |

Do the math and realize that 20 less cpu is going to take a much larger bite than it seems so your equipment options become more limited I'll wait and reserve my QQ, if I actually ever QQ'd, for when we get the final numbers. Right now the wording is still a bit unclear on what the reduction is on Adv and Proto suits so we'll see.
In any case, Proto suits get 4 low slots, which means I still have the option of putting fitting mods on there.

Because the game needs work and testing. This would ideally have been done during Beta-testing but...ooh well. Stop acting like it's a finished product (yeah yeah I know that it will never be finished, I'm talking about the basics).
Welcome at Gamma-testing! Spend your SP however you like because the game is meant to be played & tested. 2 words full release Well, from what I've seen of the way CCP works, nothing they make will ever be in 'full release'. Over the years expect to see more tweaking and adjusting to suits, weapons, mods, equipment, etc. All these tweaks will give rise to new FOTM fits and gameplay, new playstyles will rise while some may fall by the wayside, and the viability of other fits will increase or decrease accordingly.
From the changes, Caldari Logi suits are still capable of doing what they were supposed to be doing, i.e. logi stuff. Just because they're no longer OP (and yes, I'm a cal logi using TAR) doesn't mean they're no longer viable IMO. I specced into both of these fully aware that they were OP and could expect a nerf in the near future. Enjoyed it while it lasted and will now focus on trying out different things ingame. Keeps the game interesting |
