Not 1.3, 1.4 maybe, but not 1.3, it was content locked a long time ago.

Use another extender, you have the slot for it. sure, im just going to have to take off my injector and my uplinks, NBD cal logi as an assault suit? that's cool i guess.
Or chose which mods to have proto and make sacrifices. Aside from the Gallente, can the other logis fit the same without similar sacrifices? If not, this is a non-issue, if so, there may be a point here. |

I'ts ridiculously easy to fit Amarr suits, because of their terrible slot count and high CPU/PG  I might be able to fit a ferroscale plate on their now 
Good point, but isn't that one of the advantages of being Amarr specifically? If it was a global thing it would just hurt them more than their speed and slot count already do. |

Actually, those of us who made a decision based on ALL of the data, which includes acknowledging the imbalance and anticipating it's correction while being fully aware that no respec was promised, are not being punished at all. |
